Arthritis Home Remedies
Arthritis is the disease manifested by joint inflammation. It can occur in the hands, wrists, fingers, knees, hips or feet. Pineapple is a rich source of bromelain, a known substance beneficial for arthritis. Sesame seeds, soaked overnight are also treatment for arthritis pain. Garlic, is a natural home remedy with its anti-inflammatory actions. Bananas should also be eaten after meals because they are rich Vitamin B6, which is a vitamin deficient when arthritis develops. Taking ample amounts of bananas may suffice the deficiency.
